Getting to the airport
Glasgow is the airport we would route you through. Tell us your postcode and we will confirm the best option for your dates.
When to travel
Summer-season direct; winter routes usually connect. Antalya is a holiday destination first, so direct routes thin out sharply in winter and fill up in summer. If your treatment needs two trips, it is worth planning both around what actually flies rather than assuming the same route will be there in six months.
When you land
Someone meets you at Antalya Airport and takes you to your hotel. Your coordinator has your appointment schedule and stays with you across the visits — you are not navigating a foreign healthcare system on your own.
How long to allow
Veneers, crowns and whitening are usually a single trip of about a week. Implants and full-arch work need two trips a few months apart, because the implant has to fuse with the bone before the permanent tooth can go on. Your plan states the number of trips and the length of each before you book anything — book flexible tickets for the first trip if you can.
The recovery, honestly
Surgical treatment means swelling and a soft diet for a week or two. It is perfectly possible to see something of Antalya between appointments, but plan the trip around the treatment rather than the other way round, and do not book anything strenuous for the first few days after surgery.
Stirling to Antalya: questions
How long is the flight from Stirling to Antalya?
Direct from Glasgow it is around 4h 45m. Connecting routes obviously take longer, and in winter a connection is often the only option — Antalya services are seasonal.
Do you arrange the flights?
No — you book those yourself, which is usually cheaper and leaves the dates in your hands. We arrange the airport transfers and your accommodation for the treatment stay.
Do I need a visa?
British citizens do not currently need a visa for short tourist stays in Türkiye, but entry rules change and yours depend on your nationality and passport. Check the FCDO travel advice for Türkiye before you book — do not take a web page's word for it, including this one.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, and most people do. Tell us when you enquire so the accommodation and transfers are arranged for both of you.
Is it safe to fly straight after treatment?
For most treatment, yes, but it depends on what was done — after implant surgery in particular your dentist will tell you how long to leave it. This is decided case by case, not by a rule on a website, and your schedule allows for it.
No obligation
Find out what your treatment would actually cost
Send us a few details and we'll come back within a working day with what's involved and what it costs. We examine you in the UK before anything is booked.
We'll tell you if you're better off treated at home.
