Once you land
Someone is waiting for you at arrivals
The part people actually worry about is not the dentistry — it is landing somewhere unfamiliar with a mouth that needs work. So none of it is left to you. You are met at the gate, driven to your hotel, and an English-speaking coordinator stays with you from arrivals to the flight home.
Every transfer between the hotel and the clinic is arranged around your appointments. You are not reading a map, not explaining yourself in a second language, and not working out where to be tomorrow morning.
Ballıpınar Dental is in Antalya, on Türkiye’s Mediterranean coast. The clinic is a short transfer from Antalya Airport (AYT).
Arranged for you
What is handled, from landing to leaving
Everything between the arrivals gate and the flight home is organised for you — not offered as an upgrade, and not left to work out on the day.
VIP meet & greet
You are met inside the terminal at Antalya Airport and driven in a private vehicle. Both directions, arranged before you fly.
Your hotel, booked for you
Accommodation for the treatment stay is arranged at a partner hotel and covered by the package. Confirmed in writing with your plan before you agree to anything.
A coordinator, not a call centre
One English-speaking person holds your schedule, comes with you to appointments and answers the phone when you ring. From arrivals to departure.
Looked after once home
A check-in after you land, a UK point of contact, and aftercare appointments in London rather than an email address in another country.
Airport meet & greet
“Our transfer team will be waiting for you at Antalya Airport. Your journey is over — leave the rest to us.”
That is the message the clinic sends every patient before they fly, on a page made for them by name. It is not a brochure line — it comes with the details you would actually need at six in the morning in an unfamiliar terminal.
What that page contains
- Where exactly to look. “Look for your name on the white card under our logo — we are at desk I.” — the specific desk, and your own name on the card.
- A video of the meeting point. Filmed at Antalya Airport, showing the spot the transfer team stands in — so you have seen it before you land.
- Your hotel confirmation, already issued. The booking document is on the page to open or save to your phone before you travel.
- One number that answers. WhatsApp to the coordinator, from the same page.

8 of the 18 hold a recognised specialisation. Treatment is carried out at the contracted licensed facility in Antalya; the travel around it is arranged by the coordinating company named below.
Most of the week, you are not at the clinic
Dental work is appointments with gaps between them, not a week in a hospital. What you do with those gaps is yours — Antalya is a Mediterranean resort city and most people treat the trip as part holiday, which is a perfectly reasonable way to think about it.
We will tell you honestly what your mouth will be up to. Some procedures leave you fine to walk around the same afternoon; others leave you wanting a quiet day. Knowing which is which before you book is the difference between a trip that works and one you spend in a hotel room feeling misled.
Some treatments need two trips
Implants, All-on-4, All-on-6 need the work to heal before the final piece goes on, so they are two separate visits months apart — and that means two sets of flights. Anyone quoting you one flight for implant work is not showing you the real cost.

Before any of this
Meet the dentists in the UK first
Ballıpınar Dental runs free open sessions in UK cities. You sit down with a dentist from the Antalya clinic, ask exactly what this trip would look like for your case, and leave with a treatment plan. No cost, nothing booked.
Next session: Swansea, 12 September 2026.
Why the UK step is not a formality
- A photograph cannot price a mouth. Anyone who quotes you a fixed figure off two phone snaps is guessing, and the guess is usually revised once you are there.
- You find out how many trips you need. That single number changes the cost of the whole thing more than the treatment price does.
- You can walk away having spent nothing. The plan is yours to keep and to show any dentist you like, including the one you were already considering.
Authorised, and checkable
Certificate AK-1677, issued by the Turkish Ministry of Health
Ballıpınar VİP Travel Uluslararası Sağlık Turizmi A.Ş. is authorised by USHAŞ, Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health to arrange international health-tourism travel — the transfers, the accommodation and the coordination described above.
The authorisation covers international health tourism intermediary services. Treatment itself is carried out at the contracted licensed dental facility in Antalya, which is a separate registration — we keep the two distinct because they are two different things.

Questions about the trip
Who meets me at the airport?
Your coordinator arranges the transfer in both directions — it is part of the treatment package. They have your schedule and are the person you contact from the moment you land until you fly home.
Where do I stay, and who pays for it?
Accommodation for the treatment stay is included and booked before you travel. The specific hotel and the number of nights are confirmed in writing with your treatment plan, so you know exactly what is booked before you agree to anything.
Do you book my flights?
No, and that is deliberate. You book them yourself, which is almost always cheaper and leaves the dates under your control. We will tell you which airport, how long to allow and how many trips you need before you book anything.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. Ask us about the room — whether a companion shares at no extra cost depends on the hotel and your dates, and we would rather check for your trip than give you a general answer that turns out not to apply.
Will I be well enough to go out?
It depends on the treatment, and we will tell you plainly before you book. Some procedures leave you fine the same afternoon; others are better followed by a quiet day. Most treatments leave gaps between appointments either way.
What if something goes wrong after I get home?
There is a UK point of contact and a written guarantee that states what it covers and for how long. Ballıpınar Dental also runs aftercare appointments in London, which is the part most clinics abroad have no answer for.
