The travel around your treatment is arranged by Ballıpınar VİP Travel Uluslararası Sağlık Turizmi A.Ş., authorised by USHAŞ, Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health under certificate AK-1677 for international health tourism intermediary services. Treatment itself is carried out at the contracted licensed facility in Antalya — a separate registration, and we keep the two distinct.

Which teeth, and what for each
Tooth by tooth: what is proposed, what could be left alone, and what would need treating first — an extraction, gum treatment, a bone graft.

Fixed in writing after the UK examination. It does not change afterwards unless you agree a change, and nothing is added mid-trip.
How many trips, and how many nights
Implants usually need two trips a few months apart, because the bone has to heal around them and no clinic can shorten that. The plan says which yours is.
What is included, and what is not
Hotel, airport transfers and a coordinator with you are in. Flights are yours to book, so you can see the real fare rather than one we marked up.
Before you bother
When we tell people not to come
We would rather lose the enquiry than have you fly for something that did not need a flight. These are the four answers we give most often.
For one implant, one crown or a filling, it doesn't pay. Once two flights and a fortnight are in the sum, the difference stops covering the disruption.
You give up continuity. Your own dentist can see you next week; that's worth something real, and no clinic abroad fully replaces it.
Implants need two trips months apart. If your dates are tight or your work won't allow it, this isn't the year for it.
If you smoke heavily or have untreated gum disease, the answer may be to fix that first — wherever you have the work done.

Does the treatment plan cost anything?
No. The plan is free and carries no obligation. You can take it away, compare it against a quote from your own dentist, and never speak to Ballıpınar again. Nothing is booked and no deposit is taken until you have a written plan in front of you and have said yes to it.
What happens to my details after I send this form?
They go to Ballıpınar Dental, the Antalya clinic that publishes this directory, and they are used to reply to this enquiry and nothing else. There is no marketing list, no third party and no lead broker: your details are not sold, shared or passed to another clinic. Nobody rings you about something unrelated six months later.
How quickly will someone come back to me?
Within one working day, from a UK point of contact in your own time zone. If you would rather not wait for a form to be picked up, message the same team on WhatsApp and the conversation starts immediately.
Can I send X-rays or photographs through this form?
No, and please do not. This form takes no uploads and the free-text box is not the place for medical records. Your coordinator will explain how to share photographs or X-rays securely once you are in touch, which is a deliberate choice about handling health data rather than a missing feature.
Do I have to travel to Türkiye to get a plan?
No. Everyone who travels with Ballıpınar is examined in person in the UK first, and a lot of people who ask for a plan never travel at all. There are also free open meet-up days around the UK where you can sit down with one of the clinic's dentists, take a plan away and book nothing on the day.
What if you decide I am better off treated at home?
Then that is what you will be told. Ballıpınar publishes the case against travelling next to the case for it, and the cost calculator on this site is built to reach the answer “this is not worth the trip” — which it does routinely for small pieces of work, once flights are counted in.
